Shipping policy

If you have any queries about an order you have already placed, please email downesart.info@gmail.com. Be sure to use your Tracking number to keep up to date on the order's status so that someone is available to receive it.

PRODUCT PROCESSING

Prints are created upon order, so allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

UK AND IRELAND ORDERS

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery will take 2-5 business days (Tracking info provided).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery will take 3-17 business days. International Tracked orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days (Tracking info provided). 

Any import charges are the buyer's responsibility. In the US, any order below 800 USD will be free of import charges. In other countries, the import fee will need to be paid before your order can be released to you upon reaching your country.
